About "MISSION POSSIBLE" Conference :
Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs (FIWE) is organizing 6th Global Conference namely "MISSION POSSIBLE" from 23rd -25th, March, 2022 at New Delhi, India.
The theme of the Conference is on “Empowering Startups, upscaling existing business and help to grow new businesses of women entrepreneurs”
Main focus will be on providing the women entrepreneurs adequate knowledge on how to expand their businesses further, strategy sharing and sharing tips about how they can approach vivid financial institutions for getting funds for their businesses, creating the possibility of joint venture and business growth, will be the key objectives of this Conference.

About Awards:
Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs (FIWE) is saluting women entrepreneurs through following awards which are being given since 1997, to different women entrepreneurs from different sectors from SAARC and other countries: • Priyadarshini Award • Lifetime Achievement Award • Made a difference Award
Priyadarshini Awards are to recognize, reward and celebrate women entrepreneurs who have been able to pursue their dreams, prevailed and created an impact not only on their businesses and lives but to the overall society. Priyadarshini Award is a salutation to those outstanding women achievers who against all odds have shown the world that where there is a will there is a win.
2006 - 2007 1. An Exhibition cum Buyer- Seller Meet during India's International Trade Fair from November 14-17, 2006 was held at ITPO, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi organized by FIWE in collaboration with and sponsorship of Ministry of Small Scale Industries, Government of India, in which 71 participants displayed their products.
2. FIWE organized a Seminar cum Exhibition with the prime support of National Small Industrial Corporation on November, 23, 2006 at New Delhi.
3. National Workshop cum Training of Women Entrepreneurs and Buyer- Sellers Meet was organized in 2006 with the support by SIDBI at Dilli Haat, New Delhi.
4. An MOU was signed between FIWE & Women Entrepreneurs Association (WEA), Bangladesh, on March,23, 2006 to support activities such as seminars and conferences; exchange of information with regard to women entrepreneurship development in India & Bangladesh, etc.
5. An MOU was signed between FIWE & National Small Scale Industries Corporation (NSIC) on May 16, 2006 to exchange information, conduct & sponsor workshops, hold joint studies on SSI sector, etc.
6. A delegation from Pakistan exhibited their products at NSIC. Simultaneously, a half -day seminar was conducted by FIWE on the Trade Possibilities between India and Pakistan especially amongst Women Entrepreneurs.
2007-2008 1. FIWE organized an Exhibition cum Buyer -Seller Meet during India International Trade Fair from November,1-14, 2007 at ITPO, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. in collaboration and sponsorship of Ministry of Small Scale Industries, Government of India.
More then 80 artisans and entrepreneurs showcased their products. The women business organizations, artisans and individual producers displayed and sold items like artificial jewellery, ornaments, readymade garments, herbal products, handloom products, electrical items, furniture and home appliances, health products and others. Women entrepreneurs got exposure to new ideas and a comprehensive input support on market network was provided by the exhibition to the participants and artisans in exploring appropriate markets for their products through the exhibition, market contact, brochures and publicity activities.
A wide range of products were on display for evaluation, appreciation and marketing. The exhibition helped women establish their business relationships directly with the buyers. The display of products created a comprehensive marketing network for export purposes.
2. An MOU was signed between FIWE & Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry (WCCI), Sri Lanka, in 2007, to jointly promote women's entrepreneurship in view of globalization policies.
3. The Ministry of Commerce and Industry organized the first meeting of Task Force on July20,2007 in DIPP and discussion was held on issues relating to financing and various other issues confronting women entrepreneurs viz. a viz. marketing, training, infrastructure and technology, etc.
4. The Ministry of Industry and Commerce supported the global conference, which was scheduled in March 2008.
5. FIWE participated at the Pravasi Bhartiya Divas 2008, on January 7-9, 2008, at New Delhi. The Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs in partnership with the Confederation of Indian Industry and supported by the Government of NCT of Delhi, organized the event which aimed to connect more than 215 million overseas Indians and bring the expertise and knowledge of Indian community abroad to India to contribute to and integrate them into India's growth process.
6. Dr. Rajni Aggarwal joined the Board of MILAGROW World SME Conference held from December 12-13, 2008.
7. An Exhibition cum Buyer-Seller meet was held at ITPO, New Delhi, from Nov, 14 - 27, 2008.
On March 23, 2008 30 women and children were shifted into their new home for the very first time at Vrindavan. A Havan was organized to make the event auspicious with the blessings of the Lord. All the women who shifted were given new sarees as symbols of a new lease on life. This program was organized in collaboration with Guild of Service.
2009-2010 1. A Seminar on Women's Skill Development and Role of NGOS was organized at Indore, Madhya Pradesh on Dec. 22, 2009 with support from Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
2. A list of members from all over India was prepared for a Data Base of our members which was supported by Ministry of Medium Small and Micro Enterprises.
3. Ministry of Rural Development gave a project of skill development to give skill development training to BPL students, to train 10,000 BPL women in the age group of 20 to 35 in different trades and give them placement. It was fully supported by the Ministry.
4. An MOU was signed between FIWE and Houston Technologies. Ltd. to conduct training program in their premises. Seven programs were thereafter conducted in their premises.
5. First seminar was conducted at the premises of Houston Technologies Ltd.on Market Opportunities in India in April 2009, which around 60 women and men attended.
6. Another Seminar was conducted at the premises of Houston Technologies Ltd. on Horizon of Information Technology for Promotion of Business from July,10-11, 2009. Around 70 women and men attended the Seminar.
7. A Seminar was conducted at the premises of Houston Technologies Ltd. on Bar Coding Expertise for Global Standards from Sept.4-5, 2009. Around 50 women and men attended the Seminar.
8. A Training Programme was conducted on Handicrafts from Sept,10 to Oct1,2009 at Naharlagun in Arunachal Pradesh for 20 women. The project was supported by the Ministry of North -East Regions.
9. Seminar was conducted at the premise of Houston Technologies Ltd. on Market Capturing through Innovative Packaging from Nov.4 - 5, 2009. Around 70 women and men attended the seminar.
10. The second part of the Training Program on Handloom Products was conducted in Bomdila, West Kammang, Arunachal Pradesh from Dec.12, 2009 to Dec.13, 2009. The project was supported by the Ministry of North East Regions. Around 20 women participated.
11. The third part of the Training Program on Carpet Weaving was taken up in east Kammang District, Seppa, in Arunachal Pradesh from Dec. 20,2009 to Jan. 10, 2010. Around 20 women participated. The project was supported by the Ministry of North- East Regions.
12. A Seminar was conducted at the premise of Houston Technologies Ltd. on Personality Development and Time Management from Jan. 8-9, 2010.About 60 women and men attended the seminar.
13. Ministry of Rural Development sanctioned Special Project under Swarnjayanti Gram Swarojgar Yojana (SGSY) for Employment Creation through Training and Skill Development to Rural Youth including Women in Demand- driven Employability Sector from BPL Families in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Orissa. FIWE thereafter opened five vocational training centres in Madhya Pradesh, three in Rajasthan and one in Orissa.
14. Ministry of Labour, Director General of Employment and Training, empanelled FIWE for assessment of skill of students getting vocational training by various vocational training providers, including ITIs.
15. A seminar was conducted at the premises of Houston Technologies Ltd. on Export Marketing from March,4-5, 2010, which around 50 women and men attended.
16. An Exhibition was conducting with the help of D K Crafts Exhibitors Pvt. Ltd. in Dec 2009.
2010-2011
1. Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs celebrated International Women's Day on March 8th, 2011 as Women Entrepreneur Day. Former Chief Minister of Delhi, Smt. Sheila Dixit was the Chief Guest. Over sixty women entrepreneurs participated in the interactive sessions.
2. FIWE organized an International Women Entrepreneurship event called Asian Women Entrepreneurs Summit from November 17-19, 2011 at New Delhi.
2011-2012
1. A Conference on Empowering Youth through Govt. of India Special SGSY Scheme was held on May 5, 2011 at Indore, Madhya Pradesh
2. A Capacity Building cum Awareness Generation Programme on Micro-finance was held on May 31, 2011 at Chandigarh.
3. A Seminar on Role of Information, Communication and Technologies (ICT) For Women Empowerment was held on Nov.21, 2011 at Technomart Pavillion, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
4. A Seminar on Unleashing Women Power through Entrepreneurship was held on August 18, 2011 at India International Centre, New Delhi.
2012-2013
1. The 12th Global Conference of Women Entrepreneurs on the theme Trade Liberalisation and its Global Impact on Women Entrepreneurs was held from September 3-5, 2012 at Hotel Ashok, New Delhi.
2013-14
1. One Day National Conference on A Way Forward Women Entrepreneurship through Business Incubation and Skill Development was held on April 12, 2013 at Assumption College Changanacherry, Kottayam, Kerala.
2. Round table Discussion on MSME Finance: Banking on Women was held on May 31, 2013 at Hotel Lands End, Mumbai.
3. International Workshop on Entrepreneurship in Socially Responsible Business for Development in Asia and the Pacific and Young Business Leaders Programme by EDI, EBAC and UN-ESCAP was held at Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 19-18 Oct, 2013.
4. South Asian Women Entrepreneurs Conference with The Asia Foundation on October 21-22, 2013 was held at Hotel Taj, New Delhi.
5. South Asian Women Entrepreneurs Conference cum Exposure Visit with The Asia Foundation was held on October 23-25, 2013 at Hotel Taj, Chennai.
6. The Bahrain Enclave was held on Feb 18 2014 at Taj Mansingh Hotel, New Delhi
7. Luncheon on Development Challenges and Opportunities for Women in India host by The Right Honourable David Johnston Governor General of Canada and Mrs. Sharon Johnston was held at Canada House, New Delhi on Feb 25, 2014.
8. Power Launched Professional Optimization for Women Entrepreneurss Recognition by IMET Global & A.P.E Communication was held on Feb, 2014 at New Delhi.
9. 16th Meeting on Standing Advisory Committee to Review the Flow of Institutional Credit to MSME Sector by Reserve Bank of India was held at RBI Central Office, Mumbai on Mar 27, 2014
