FIWE is guided by an Advisory Board that consists of eminent personalities from various fields, such as education, finance, media, social work, and more. The Advisory Board advises FIWE on its vision, strategy, and activities, and also supports its members with their expertise and experience. Our Advisory Board members are:

Dr. Sandeep Marwah

Dr. Sandeep Marwah  With seven world records in his kitty stands distinct as the founder of Noida Film City, and Marwah Studios. He is the founder and President of AAFT, which is one of the ten best film schools in the world. As the producer of the largest number of short films in the world, he has been associated with innumerable feature films, television programs, and amateur training films.

Felicitated with over 900 national and international awards for his contribution to the world of cinema, he has trained over 20, 000 media students from 145 countries. As Global Cultural Minister, he heads over 100 national, and international media and social organizations besides being president of the International Chamber of Media & Entertainment industry. At present, he is the Chancellor of AAFT University of Media and Arts. 

He has been nominated as National Chairman for Media & Entertainment Committee in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs & Public Distribution, Govt. of India.

Smt.Stuti Narain Kacker

Smt.Stuti Narain Kacker was an IAS officer (1978 batch) and in September 2018 retired as the Chairperson of the National Commission for the Protection of Child Rights. With a career spanning almost forty years, Smt. Kacker has worked extensively in the areas of social justice and empowerment, information and broadcasting, and industrial development including several years in the MSME sector, both in the State and Central Government. She is particularly well known for her contribution to the social sectors, including the protection of child rights and empowerment of persons with disabilities. As Secretary to the Government of India, she established the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.  Under her leadership, the Department’s innovative “Niramaya Scheme” (Health Insurance Scheme for Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation, and Multiple Disabilities) was awarded the Times of India Social Impact Award in 2009. During her tenure as Chairperson NCPCR, she, therefore, initiated a collaboration with KVIC, to set up a looming weaving center in Delhi’s Children’s Home for children in conflict with law, for their economic as well as mental wellness. Smt. Kacker served as Joint Secretary and then Additional Secretary to the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting along with the Director of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC). She was the key driver for the formulation and implementation of several policy measures to strengthen the print media industry and IIMC in particular. As a result, in 2009, IIMC was ranked by ‘Outlook’ as the number one institute in mass communication in the country. She was also Joint Secretary in the MSME Ministry and CVO for both the Departments of SSI and KVIC.

Shri. S. K. Tuteja

Shri. S. K. Tuteja retired as Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Food & Public Distribution on June 30, 2005, after 37 years of Civil Service. He was a member of the 1968 Batch of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Punjab Cadre. He had served in different posts in the Government of India, Punjab, and the Public Sector earlier. For the year 1992, he was awarded the “Dayanand Munjal Award” for “Manager of the Year” by the Ludhiana Management Association. Shri S. K. Tuteja has also acted as a Consultant to the Word Bank and to the UNIDO. He has contributed to a number of national/international seminars/conferences in India and abroad. A widely traveled person, Shri. Tuteja is involved with a number of Institutions in the field of Academics, Research, and Corporate Management.

Mr Sharad Kohli

Mr Sharad Kohli is the Founder & Chairman of the KCC group engaged in multidisciplinary advisory services. Besides heading the group comprising of about twelve companies and independent divisions his personal pool of talent & versatility is a true reflection of his personality. He is a dual Chartered Accountant from India and the United Kingdom. He is also a management graduate and a lawyer besides being an alumnus of Harvard University. He has recently been awarded an honorary Doctorate in Economics for his outstanding contribution to macroeconomics.

Mr. Pradeep Malhotra

Dr. Chandrakant S. Pandav is a Member of the National Council on India Nutrition Challenges under Poshan Abhiyaan. He is also the President of the Association of Indian Coalition of Control of Iodine Deficiency Disorders, and Chairman of Coalition of Food and Nutrition Security, India
