One of the key initiatives of FIWE (Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs) is to support the “SWACH BHARAT ABHIYAN” (Clean India Mission), a vision of Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister, to make India a clean and healthy nation. Under this mission, FIWE has taken up the project “ADOPT SCHOOL TOILETS IN GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS” to improve the sanitation and hygiene conditions of the students and staff in public schools. This project is led by Mrs Sashi Sardana, a member of our Governing Council, and Mr. Kaustabh Trivedi, a social worker.
We appeal to all corporate entities, such as MNCs, PSUs, Banks, and others, to join us in this noble cause by contributing funds for the construction and maintenance of school toilets. The sponsors will be duly acknowledged.
