The Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs (FIWE) aims to improve the economic condition of women and youth by fostering their entrepreneurial spirit. The organization supports women and youth in starting and growing their own businesses, both in rural and urban areas. The organization also showcases successful examples of women-led enterprises that can inspire others across the globe. Its main mission is:
